Delete your Ofure account
You can start deletion from the app or contact us if you cannot sign in.
From the Ofure app
Sign in, open Profile, choose Delete account, type DELETE, and submit the request. You can cancel while it remains pending.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@ofure.health from your account email with the subject “Ofure account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify your identity.
What happens to your data
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Account and personal data are deleted or de-identified unless specific health, financial, security, audit or legal records must be retained. Retained information is restricted and kept only for the applicable period.
