HOW OFURE WORKS

A journey engine that turns a health need into a completed action

Three layers work together behind every step: the journey engine, the service connection layer, and the patient & family workspace.

Journey engine
Converts a preventive need, referral, prescription or follow-up plan into a clear, ordered sequence of steps — and knows what comes next.
Service connection layer
Links each step to a participating provider, pharmacy, laboratory or health-plan network able to deliver it.
Patient & family workspace
Reminders, documents and progress in one place — with a trusted relative or caregiver looped in by consent.
THE FOUR STEPS

Walking through a single journey

1
Identify the need
Ofure surfaces the checks, screenings or follow-ups that apply to you right now, and explains in plain language why each one matters.
Example — A 42-year-old with a family history of diabetes is flagged for an annual blood sugar check and reminded why early detection matters.
2
Connect to services
Each step is matched to a participating provider, pharmacy, laboratory or health-plan network able to deliver it nearby.
Example — Ofure surfaces three participating laboratories near her, each accepting her employer's HMO plan, and books the earliest slot.
3
Track & follow up
Bookings, reminders, results and medication are tracked automatically, with nudges when a step is due or overdue.
Example — Two days before her appointment, a WhatsApp reminder confirms the time and lab address. After the test, results are logged to her timeline.
4
Close the loop
The completed action becomes part of a portable health timeline, so the next provider, family member or plan can see what has been done.
Example — Her results and the clinician's follow-up recommendation are saved, and a new step is added automatically: schedule a review in 3 months.

Ofure does not diagnose conditions or recommend treatment — it makes sure the step a clinician recommends actually gets done.
